Delivery Information

At EV Component Sales Limited we use a 'not for profit' principle for delivery costs. There are 4 Delivery options available to you:

1. You may choose to make your own arrangements to collect the Goods from our premises.

You must collect the Goods during our working hours of 10am - 4pm Monday within 10 working days of the date we notify you that the Goods are ready for collection. Prior to collection please confirm collection date, time by contacting us at: [email protected]

Delivery shall occur at our premises when we hand the Goods to you.

2. We can deliver the Goods to a delivery address which you have given us, 

Delivery shall occur when we place the Goods in the physical possession of you or anyone you have identified to us as the person authorised by you to take delivery of the Goods.

If no one is present at your delivery address to take delivery, we will advise you of our attempted delivery. You must then contact us to make arrangements for us to deliver the Goods.  Additional costs may be incurred by you to rearrange the delivery.  These costs must be paid prior to the rearranged delivery date.

As you add items to your basket, the weight of your basket is constantly updated and the cost of delivery is then calculated and applied as an exact price. This eliminates over-charging and profiteering from delivery charges. 

If the order exceeds £10,000, delivery is automatically free of charge to UK mainland.  

3. You may wish us to use a carrier that you have atrranged.

Delivery shall occur when we deliver the Goods to that carrier.

You will be responsible for the cost of the carrier.

4. If you have asked us to deliver to an address outside the UK Mainland

If your order needs to be delivered to a location outside UK Mainland, you will need to contact us ([email protected]) prior to placing your order.  Delivery time and cost depends on location and the method used.

Under normal conditions we ask customers to allow a minimum of 5 working days for delivery of items sent by First Class Post and 7 working days for delivery of items sent by Second Class Post. This is because we have no control over deliveries made by Postal Delivery Services or over any issues they may have within their delivery network.

Orders not received must be notified within 14 days of the dispatch date.  We will be unable to offer any refund or re send any items after this date unless they have been returned to us by Courier/Royal Mail and we have received them.

You must examine the Goods as soon as possible after receiving delivery and let us know as soon as reasonably possible if they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
